Compliance with ATEX / EX regulations is achieved by modification of the casing together with the safe electrical circuit, which makes the smartphones suitable for safe use in Zone 1/21 hazardous locations. All features of the original product are preserved, including self SIM card installation. The EX Samsung Galaxy S26 can be wired or wirelessly charged in a safe area.
The ATEX Samsung Galaxy S26 Zone 1 / Zone 21 comes with an aluminum case finish and is available in 256GB and 512GB models. Beside safe use as a smartphone, all versions are excellent for use as a safe video or photo camera with WIFI / 5G connection, NFC and/or Bluetooth.
