When ABM (Apple Business Manager) is required
This page describes the process of obtaining ABM, Apple Business Manager (formerly known as Apple DEP, Device Enrollment Program). Hereafter referred to as “ABM”.
You purchase Apple device(s) direct from Atexxo and your local it-service provider or it-department enrolls these devices into ABM manually (via USB-C connection) after receipt of the device from Atexxo.
You purchase your Apple devices locally with ABM (already) enrolled, and ship the Apple device (new in original Apple box) to Atexxo BV for conversion and certification.
When choosing option 2
When you choose for option 2, devices can be sent to the following shipping address:

We strongly advise you to pack the device(s) discretely and to add your contact details on the packing list/shipping documents.
Atexxo purchases the Apple device(s) from our partner (an Apple Authorised Enterprise
Reseller) who can enroll these device(s) in ABM. Once received, Atexxo will convert & certify the device(s) and ship them to your company.
When choosing option 3
In order to facilitate option 3, the following points need to be confirmed:
- Your company’s ABM organization ID needs to be provided to Atexxo
- Your company is required to add our partner’s reseller ID into your ABM system
Once these points are confirmed, Atexxo can purchase the ABM enrolled device(s), convert and certify them and ship them to your company.
